If the leak is in the ceiling or walls, for example, it could be causing damage to your home which can lead to structural weaknesses and mould which are health hazards.

Usually, simple leaks are rectified by servicing the taps and reseating the breach. Mixers will generally need a cartridge replacement if available. If what we're dealing with is beyond repair, then you can use one of our stock-standard replacements on hand or we can source a new fixture to your liking.

If water is escaping the shower space and seeping into the bathroom floor, there is a chance that the shower seal has been compromised. If this is the case, we can work to reseal any compromised joints and advise if any other work needs to be done by other qualified trades, eg. Tiler / Waterproofer.

We will also inspect if the water is escaping through shower taps, broken tiles or loose and cracking grout. At times it is the silicone behind tap flanges wreaking-leaky-havoc in your bathroom, so we can fix that as required too.

As an extra measure, we will pressure test the shower breach to check that it hasn't burst. If this is the case, we can take care of that too.

Have you noticed your water bill climbing? This could signify a leak. Perhaps you've noticed that the toilet continues to fill even after the cistern seems to have reached its capacity, or that the cistern doesn't completely empty unless you're standing there and holding down the flush.
