Flash-forward 10 years and Matthew had bigger plans for the industry after experiencing what the plumbing trade was like under larger-franchise companies. With a passion for providing exceptional quality services and at cheaper, fairer prices - Down to Earth Plumbing Maintenance was born!

Meet Matthew
“I first started my plumbing apprenticeship in 2001. I have done new work, civil work and plumbing maintenance with a licence for works in plumbing drainage and roofing.
I worked for a large company on the Gold Coast and then also in Newcastle, but it wasn’t the right fit for me. I knew a quality job could be done for a better rate as well as offer personalised services and suggestions on how my clients could avoid issues in the future.
So, I started Down to Earth Plumbing Maintenance in 2010. We work to ensure our business is known for its reliability, quality work, personalised services and a decent clean up after the job is done. We want Down to Earth Plumbing Maintenance to be the business that treats its customers the way my wife would and I would like to be treated if we had someone coming into our home.”
