    Previously I’ve worked for large businesses, but I realised that I could do better quality work at a lower price. Also, because I work for myself, I can give my clients personalised services and tips that will help them avoid problems in the future.


    In 2010, I founded Down to Earth Plumbing Maintenance. From then until now, our company has become known for qualities such as being reliable and providing quality work. In addition, we offer personalised services and always leave the worksite clean afterwards.

  • What are the costs involved with plumbing services?

    Prices for our services are based on the circumstances of the job. Unfortunately, there is no way to provide accurate estimates without examining each situation individually. Below are some examples of how jobs can differ:


    • We diagnosed that Lizzie’s toilet was not flushing because there was too much slack in the lift chain inside of the cistern. Once we shortened it, the toilet flushed perfectly.

    • We diagnosed that Billy’s toilet wasn't flushing due to a blockage in the water pipe located in the wall. Since this was inside the wall, we had to unplumb the toilet and clear the drain with a drain snake. Once this was completed, we plumbed back where it was and it flushed perfectly.

    These are but two examples that are presenting the same problem, however, requiring two very different solutions. This is why pricing can vary from job to job.
